Tammy manning

Vice President

Tammy is a lifelong Kingsland resident with a heart for her community and decades of leadership in service. She is serving as VP of the Kingsland Water Supply Board, AquaBoom Board of Director and on Operation Exfil board, and has faithfully ministered in local churches as an Ordained Minister for over 26 years.

Her leadership has shone in times of crisis—from leading the 2018 Flood Recovery for Burnet & Llano Counties as Executive Director of HLCN to her current role helping families rebuild through the Ark of the Highland Lakes after the 2025 July 4 Floods.

Tammy’s passion for Kingsland runs deep. She and her husband, Wayne, of 25 years, are proud parents of 5 children and soon-to-be 10 grandchildren! Together, they run The Mannings Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty—a true family business.

We are grateful for Tammy’s leadership, vision, and unstoppable love for our community.

Cynthia Green Riewe

Executive Director

Born in the small rural town of Bernice, Louisiana , Cynthia’s journey eventually brought her to Kingsland—after what she calls “a wrong turn” that turned out to be the right one. She prayed for a place to serve with purpose, and when she topped that mountain and saw the view, she knew she was home.

 - What fills Cynthia’s heart outside of serving others?

Spending time outdoors, being on the water, tending her garden, and creating memories with family and friends—including her growing crew of precious grands!

- Her “why” behind Sharing the Harvest:

Cynthia has walked the hard road of being a struggling mom and knows firsthand how that feels. Her mission is simple but powerful—to take away that struggle from others by being present, available, and feeding families in need.

We are so thankful for Cynthia’s heart, leadership, and the way she continually goes above and beyond to serve our community through Sharing the Harvest!

Linda gallagher

Interim Board Treasurer

We are so excited to introduce Linda Gallagher as the Interim Secretary of the Sharing the Harvest Board!

Linda brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service. After a 35+ year career in banking—where she managed multi-billion-dollar commercial loan portfolios and led high-performing operations teams—Linda retired and shifted her focus to giving back.

Raised in a military family, Linda grew up across the U.S. and abroad before settling in Kingsland, TX with her husband of 43 years, Patrick. Together, they have two children and three grandchildren.

Since 2021, Linda has been a dedicated volunteer at Sharing the Harvest, helping launch our automated application process for TEFAP (Texas Emergency Food Assistance Program) and ensuring families receive support with dignity and efficiency.

 In her own words:

“My experience at Sharing the Harvest has been so fulfilling and rewarding. The people who come through are warm, friendly, and so very grateful. I feel so blessed to be a part of Sharing the Harvest.”

Please help us give Linda a big welcome and thank you for stepping into this leadership role as we continue our mission to fight food insecurity in our community!

dr. whitney whitworth

Board Secretary

Whitney hails from Sisterdale, TX, where her family has ranched since the 1870s. She earned her PhD from Texas A&M and went on to serve over 12 years as a proud faculty member at the University of Arkansas. By a happy accident, she found her way to Llano County more than a decade ago—and we’re so glad she did!

Passionate about people, animals, and spreading joy, Whitney has a way of making everyone feel welcome. And if you’re lucky, you might get to hear one of her favorite stories about her beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bess.

We’re grateful for Whitney’s heart and dedication as she helps guide Sharing the Harvest forward in serving and blessing the Kingsland community.
